Family law practitioners shortlisted for prestigious LexisNexis Legal Awards 2022

A number of family law practitioners have been recognised by the judges of the LexisNexis Legal Awards and included in the shortlist for a variety of awards, including the Award for International Team of the Year, PSL/Knowledge Award, the Award for Diversity & Inclusion, the Award for Wellbeing, the Award for Sustainability.

The LexisNexis Legal Awards will be held at the stunning JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London on Wednesday 30 March 2022.

Expatriate Law, a specialist form in expatriate divorce and family law, is shortlisted for the International Team of the Year Award. Penningtons Manches Cooper is shortlisted for the PSL/Knowledge Award. Mills & Reeve, a top-ranked law firm with expertise in family law, is shortlisted for the Award for Diversity & Inclusion.

The Award for Wellbeing shortlist has family law well represented, with all five firms working in this area: Mills & Reeve, Stowe Family Law, Shoosmiths, Shakespeare Martineau, and Reeds. Shoosmiths is also shortlisted for the Award for Sustainability.

The Divorce Surgery is shortlisted for the Award Customer Focus, having won the Family law Awards 2019’s Award for Family Law Innovation of the Year.

Dr Charlotte Proudman, a regular contributor to Family Law journal, is shortlisted for Legal Personality of the Year. The Legal Personality of the Year award honours an individual (not necessarily with a background or qualification in the law) who has made an outstanding contribution in the legal sphere in the past year.
