Law Society Response to Family Justice Review Draft Legislation

The Law Society has published an official submission in response to the Family Justice Review draft legislation.

This draft legislation, published in September, sets out the recommendations in the Family Justice Review which are due to be enacted, including reducing the time taken for care cases to come to trial.

The Law Society's response to the Family Justice Review draft legislation, which has been prepared by the Society's Family Law Committee and Children's Law Sub Committee, can be downloaded below.
