EU Divorce Law Rome lll

The House of Lords European Union Committee published on 8 December 2006 its report to the Government on Rome III - Choice of Law in Divorce. The report was ordered to be printed on 7 November 2006. The UK Government had had until 26 October 2006 to opt in to Rome lll: they chose not to and neither did the Government of the Republic of Ireland.
