Decision Time in Imerman

 The latest instalment in the heavily litigated divorce of Mr and Mrs Imerman will take place later this month when the respective appeals against the decisions of Mr Justice Eady in the Queen's Bench Division proceedings (reported as Imerman v Tchenguiz and Another [2009] EWHC 2902 (QB) with permission to appeal granted by Sir David Keene in Imerman v Tchenguiz [2010] EWCA Civ 126) and the two decisions of Mr Justice Moylan (reported as Imerman v Imerman [2009] EWHC 3486 (Fam), [2010] 2 FLR (forthcoming) and Imerman v Imerman (Supplemental Judgment) [2010] EWHC 0064 (Fam)) will be heard by the Court of Appeal with the Court being comprised of judges with backgrounds across various Divisions.
