DCA Ministerial Change Again

Following the post local election major Cabinet reshuffle in May 2006, Vera Baird QC was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) with special responsibility for legal aid. There are now, for the first time, five ministers in the DCA where the previous change around was in March 2006 (see [2006] Fam Law 347). See July [2006] Fam Law for the full news article.
