DCA Annual Report

Date:5 JUN 2007

The (then) Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) Departmental Report for 2006/07 (Cm 7097), published in May 2007, outlines its objectives, measures its performance against its public service agreement targets and shows its financial performance. The document reports on the progress of unified family courts, stating that early successes at the pilot sites have encouraged local regions to initiate their own changes, some unifying the family administration, others establishing family courts centres. For further information see July [2007] Fam Law. The full text of the report is available on the DCA website: http://www.dca.gov.uk/dept/report2007/index.htm.
