Date:13 MAR 2008

David Williams, Barrister, 4 Paper Buildings and Simon Blain, Solicitor, Fisher Meredith

The authors examine the circumstances in which a child might require separate representation in financial proceedings; the process by which they may participate; and look at some of the practical issues that arise in such cases.
