Court of Protection Forms

New draft Court of Protection forms and guidance prepared in readiness for the coming into force on 1 October 2007 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 are now available on the Public Guardianship Office (PGO) website. The forms are currently only in draft format and are subject to change. They are not available in hard copy and at the present time are only available for download. The forms will only come into force on 1 October. New Lasting Power of Attorney Forms and Guidance are also now displayed on the PGO website for information only.
