Contact Centre Petition

Date:15 OCT 2007

Following on from the National Association of Child Contact Centres AGM last month, an online petition to No 10 Downing St has been started. The expiry date is about 21 November 2007. It is requesting that the government recognises the essential role of the National Association of Child Contact Centres makes and is also requesting more government funding for NACCC, most of which in turn is passed on to the member centres. Due to cutbacks over the last few years from both central and local government it is very difficult for many centres to keep running. The petition can be found on: http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/nacccpetition.
