Conference: Law and Practice of Surrogacy

On 25-26 June, Cambridge Family Law, in conjunction with the Academy of European Law (ERA), will be holding a conference on 'Law and Practice of Surrogacy'. Aimed at practising lawyers, Government officials, and academics, it will discuss questions of parenthood and conflict of laws through the lens of domestic law in European jurisdictions, as well as the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.
