Collaborative family law practice is spreading rapidly in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. It was established in Austria in February 2003 and Vienna hosts the first Out of America" collaborative conference in March 2007. Stu Webb, the founder of the movement, as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Practitioners' President, Vice President and many other leading trainers will attend. The 2-day conference between 23 - 25 March 2007 is aimed at 'starting out' jurisdictions as well as the more developed jurisdictions and those merely considering the relevance and applicability to their existing traditional and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) structures.
