Cohabitation deadline

The Law Commission has affirmed that it will be publishing its Report on Cohabitation: the Financial Consequences of Relationship Breakdown at the end of July 2007. The Report will contain final recommendations for reform of the law as it affects cohabitants' property and finances when their relationships end, whether by separation or by death, building upon the consultation conducted by the Commission over the course of the last twelve months.
