The article flushes out the circumstances in which a binding trust has been created, even though the co-owners might not have really appreciated that that was what they were doing when a tick-box form was populated. It then considers the circumstances in which a disgruntled co-owner who, on paper, has given away property, can seek to challenge the effect of the paperwork.
