Clibbery v Allan - Or Scott v Scott revisited [2002] CFLQ 461

The Court of Appeal has restated the principle that the courts are open to the public, and that it is not a contempt to report family proceedings held in private in the absence of a lawfully made order prohibiting publication, or of statutory restrictions.
