Christopher Simmonds appointed as Family District Judge

Family DivisionChristopher Simmonds has been appointed to be a District Judge of the Principal Registry of the Family Division with effect from Thursday 1 July 2010.

Mr Simmonds, aged 37, was called to the Bar in 1989 and admitted as a solicitor in 1999. He is a partner in Davis Simmonds & Donaghey solicitors and specialises in public law proceedings and private law children act proceedings.
