Big Money Collaboration

Date:1 OCT 2007

The Central London Collaborative Forum (CLCF) will be officially launched on 3 October 2007 by some of Londons leading family lawyers. Their aim is to encourage those involved in complex 'big money' divorces to adopt the collaborative approach which has already revolutionised the practice of family law in North America. The founders of CLCF, who all have substantial experience in acting for wealthy, international and high profile clients, believe that collaborative law can help avoid the cost and acrimony which have been so much in evidence in heavily reported divorce proceedings including those involving couples such as the Parlours, the Millers, and the McFarlanes. All members of the CLCF are fellows of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, an organisation of 500 of the world's leading family practitioners and are members of Resolution.
