On a number of previous occasions I have reviewed the most recent reported decisions containing an ancillary relief element (see, for example, Money Can't Buy Me Love Fam Law 30). This article repeats the exercise and will deal with many of the important cases reported since the last review. The reader should not assume that it deals with all cases. In particular, it does not cover cases arising out of changes in financial circumstances caused by the recession, such as Myerson v Myerson (No 2) EWCA Civ 282, 2 FLR 147.
