The Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings (Amendment No 2) Order 2011 (SI 2064/2011)

This Order amends the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2836) so that Chorley County Court, Rawtenstall County Court and Shrewsbury County Court cease to be family hearing centres.

This Order and comes into force:

(a) in respect of Chorley County Court, on 12 September 2011

(b) in respect of Rawtenstall County Court and Shrewsbury County Court, on 3 October2011.
