View from the President’s chambers: the process of reform: latest developments

Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division:

The President of the Family Division updates the reforms now under way in readiness for April 2014 namely:

• the Single Family Court;
• the PLO, especially the Triborough Project;
• private law, particularly the Private Law Working Group;
• transparency;
• standardisation of family orders;
• bundles; and
• the inadequate facilities in some courts.
