Law Society launches survey on impact of LASPO

The Law Society has launched a new survey on the impact to solicitors of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act (LASPO).

The Law Society is looking for examples where legal aid practitioners have turned away clients due to cuts in legal aid funding. The Society will use the survey responses to monitor the impact of LAPSO and collect data on family cases.
