Date:24 MAR 2011

FPR FormOver eighty of the Forms for the Family Procedures Rules 2010 made available to Jordan Publishing by the Family Procedure Rule Committee are now available to download by clicking here.

Last week the long awaited Practice Directions were published ahead of the Rules coming into force on 6 April 2011. As new Forms are released by the Family Procedure Rule Committee they will be added to the Practice Guidance section of this website and a link will be added to the overall list.

In January the Family Procedure Rules 2010 for England and Wales were published. The Practice Directions and Forms establish a comprehensive modernised code of family procedure replacing a large body of unconsolidated rules, guidance and forms for different courts and different types of proceedings.

In 2011 Jordan Publishing will provide updated guidance and training on the Family Procedure Rules, including in the new editions of Family Court Practice, Hershman and McFarlane: Children Law and Practice, Duckworth's Matrimonial Property and Finance, Family Law Precedents Service, and Emergency Remedies in the Family Courts.

In addition Family Law has created a series of training options for practitioners on the Family Procedure Rules 2010 including an audioCPD podcast and Family Law Update seminars.
