Last chance to submit evidence to Family Justice Review

Date:28 SEP 2010

MoJThere are only a few hours left for anyone who would like to provide feedback about the way the family justice system can be improved as the Call for Evidence for the Family Justice Review will close tomorrow.

The panel particularly wants to hear from family law practitioners.

The review is looking at how the justice system can focus more on helping family members reach agreement rather than pitting them against each other. It's also looking at the best ways for courts to work with other agencies supporting children involved in the care system and how more contact rights can be provided for non-resident parents and grandparents.
