Family Justice Council Recruitment Campaign

The Family Justice Council is inviting applications from junior barristers and family law solicitors interested in working pro bono representing families and children who are involved with the family justice system.

Applicants should have substantial experience practising in family work and will be expected to be a successful team player with contribution at a strategic level and be able to prepare for and attend meetings of the Family Justice Council.

The Council meets four times a year and much of its work is done through its sub-committees and working groups. The appointment is for three years and is offered without remuneration. Reasonable travelling and other expenses are payable.

Applications must be submitted by 26 November 2010. Interviews are scheduled to take place on during the week commencing 6 December 2010 in London.
