Very High Cost Case family work unit moves to South Tyneside

The Very High Cost Case (VHCC) family work unit is moving from Reading to South Tyneside from 30 June 2008, the LSC has announced.

The VHCC manages family cases when a cost increase is requested costing or likely to cost over £25,000. The VHCC unit will then deal with all claim forms, amendments, correspondence and any other queries relating to the case or the funding involved.
