New Guidance on McKenzie Friends from the President's Office

The President of the Family Division has issued new guidance on McKenzie friends which is to be regarded as a reminder that the attendance of a McKenzie friend will often be of advantage to the court in ensuring the litigant in person receives a fair hearing.
