Family Justice Council to hold a debate and panel discussion

Further to the publication in the May edition of Family Law of the paper on Enhancing the Participation of Children and Young People in Family Proceedings, the Family Justice Council is going to hold a debate and panel discussion on the 20 October in London.

The event will be chaired by the President of the Family Division, Sir Mark Potter. Details are available from the Council's secretariat on 0207 947 7333 or fjc@hmcourts-service.gsi.gov.uk.

The Council is also keen recieve more responses to the paper by the end of September. Responses should be sent to the Council's secretariat at fjc@hmcourts-service.gsi.gov.uk or by post to Room E201 Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL.
