Survey on special facilities in family courts

Date:12 MAY 2008

The Family Justice Council and HMCS Domestic Violence Branch are carrying out a survey on the provision of special facilities in family courts. The purpose of the survey is to ask practitioners and court users if they have seen the special facilities posters when attending court and to gauge the use of special facilities in the civil courts.

The survey will close on 17 June 2008.

More information, including the survey, can be found on the Family Justice Council website: www.family-justice-council.org.uk/613.htm.
