Conference on European Family and Succession Law

On 17 & 18 March 2008, the Luxembourg Antenna of the European Institute of Public Administration - the European Centre for Judges and Lawyers - is organising the annual seminar entitled "Latest Developments in European Family and Succession Law".

This seminar will provide a forum for discussion where experts speakers as well as members of the audience will be able to discuss and share experience in order to assess the current state of family and succession law in Europe. Family mediation, matrimonial and parental responsibility matters, including the new Brussels regime and the Rome III Regulation, matrimonial property regimes, maintenance, succession law and family reunification will be among the topics covered.
