The Family Procedure Rules 2010 introduced a comprehensive code of family procedure including rules, guidance and forms for different courts and different types of proceedings. The Rules came into force on 6 April 2011 and are kept fully up to date in Family Court Practice (the Red Book), including the recent changes made by the 22 April 2014 reforms.

The forms include everything you might need in family proceedings, from divorce forms to financial applications, child arrangements applications, to applications for injunctions.
