Vanessa studied at Southampton University and BPP Law School before qualifying as a Solicitor in a City firm in 2007. Vanessa joined Prettys from London in 2014 as a Solicitor in the Employment Services team, she became an Associate in 2015 and a Senior Associate in 2017. She is also Head of Client Service (Commercial Team).
Vanessa advises public and private sector clients on the full range of employment related issues, including grievances, disciplinary and performance management issues, advice on redundancies and business reorganisations, defending complex Employment Tribunal claims and providing advice on policies and procedures.
Vanessa works for clients across a variety of sectors with particular experience of working for organisations within the education, leisure, financial services and retail sectors. Vanessa also has experience of acting for senior executives.
