Ursula drinks plenty of Earl Grey tea and goes to court a lot. Both appear to help her give sharp, accurate, sound advice. She has unreasonable expectations around Oxford United going up a league, but nobody’s perfect. Her children have taught her the offside rule and she pretends to understand cricket.
