Tom's main area of practice is regulation and public law, with particular specialism in immigration law. Legal 500 notes he 'knows his law inside-out' and 'barrister Tom Bradford is a "rising star" who is ‘ruthlessly efficient and client focused'. Chambers and Partners UK states 'Observers note that Tom Bradford of Russell-Cooke possesses "an outstanding analytical mind and has consistently demonstrated excellent tactical and strategic abilities".'
He is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association, the Constitutional and Administrative Law Bar Association and the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
Tom was awarded a first-class undergraduate degree (and the Keith Jones Essay Prize) and was awarded a distinction for his MA (Philosophy) at Warwick University. He undertook the Bar Vocational Course at BPP.
