Stefan is responsible for the employment practice in Belgium and at the wider practice group level he also heads the international HR team.
His expertise covers all aspects of individual and collective employment law. He has considerable experience working with foreign companies at both Belgian and pan-European level, involving cross border operations and company restructurings, with a focus on information and consultation of employees' representatives, collective bargaining and industrial action.
Stefan was admitted as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar in 1996. Since October 2003 he is appointed Subsitute Judge at the Brussels Labour Tribunal.
