Simon is a solicitor and has over 20 years of experience in advising businesses on their contracts and legal compliance. Simon was formerly a partner in a national Top 50 law firm. During his career Simon has advised a broad range of clients, from multi-national corporations and household names through to owner-managed businesses and start-up companies. Much of Simon’s work has had an international element to it.
Simon enjoys working with clients to come up with practical, commercial and creative solutions to their legal problems. He makes sure that he prepares contracts which are easily understandable, relevant and written in plain English and which at the same time protect his clients from legal risks. He is a regular speaking, addressing both clients and other lawyers.
