Samantha specialises in employment and discrimination law, undertaking both Claimant and Respondent work at Tribunal and Appellate level and in the High Court. She undertakes work for a range of clients, across the range of sectors, having acted, variously, for international telecoms companies, banks, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, schools and international airlines, and has acted against such corporations for Claimants. She also undertakes Direct Access work.
Having undertaken various secondments, Samantha has experience of advising during all stages of the employment relationship and employment disputes and has excellent insight into the commercial realities of employment law and its implications for both parties; experience which enhances her approach to and advise in employment disputes.
