Roger is the former Children's Rights Director for England. In that post he was responsible for statutory consultation with children on rights and welfare issues. Previously he developed Paired Reading and treatments for bed wetting, and managed social care services. Now retired, he runs Pupils 2 Parliament, securing children's views for government consultations.
