Professor John Mellor is Founder of the Foundation for Governance Research and Education, its Director of Research, and Chairman of its Advisory Council. He is Professor of Governance in Banking and Finance at the University of Leicester.
He was formerly a senior international corporate banker with Citigroup. He has over 20 years experience in governance as director, author, lecturer, and adviser including to smaller quoted companies.
