Professor Andrew Keay LLB

Professor of Corporate and Commercial Law, Centre for Business Law and Practice, School of Law | University of Leeds

MDiv, LLM, PhD, Barrister, Kings Chambers, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham

Previously he was a partner in an Australian law firm, specialising in corporate and commercial law, and acted as a Deputy Registrar of the Australian Federal Court.

He has taught at several Australian universities, where he specialised in commercial law, before coming to teach in the UK. He has been at Leeds since 2002.

He also holds a doctorate from the University of Queensland and is a barrister in England and Wales.

Andrew is the Commonwealth Editor for Gore-Browne on Companies.
