Piers practises exclusively in the field of children law, undertaking complex and important cases at first instance and on appeal.
His practice now principally comprises private children law cases, with particular emphasis on the areas of ‘residence’ and ‘contact’, relocation (international and domestic), LGBT parenting, surrogacy and parental order proceedings.
