Paul writes widely on the latest legal developments affecting investors, entrepreneurs and other businesspersons and has been consulted by Home Office policy makers in relation to amendments to the Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Immigration Rules.

Paul is one of the founding partners of Richmond Chambers and a key member of its Management Team. He accepts instructions from private individuals and businesses on a direct access basis.
