Barrister
Paul is an independent insolvency barrister, offering advisory, advocacy and consultancy services in relation to all insolvency and insolvency-related matters, to solicitors and insolvency practitioners, as well as to the public under the Direct Access scheme.
His practice encompasses all areas of personal, corporate and partnership insolvency, from the matrimonial home in bankruptcies to multi-million pound administrations, whether litigious or advisory, technical, regulatory or practical.
As well as providing his expertise on a case-by-case basis in individual cases in the traditional way, he provides expert determinations, non-binding indicative views and advice as an expert, legal adviser or assessor to arbitrators and other ADR facilitators.
He is an editor of Bankruptcy and Personal Insolvency Reports and a General Editor of Individual Voluntary Arrangements.
