Nick has over 30 years experience as a corporate lawyer, specialising in advising family owned businesses for the second half of this period on matters such as family business re-organisations, governance projects, dispute resolution and sales.
He no longer practices as a lawyer and now concentrates on consultancy work for family businesses together with writing, teaching and speaking about family business issues.
Nick is a fellow of and chairman of the International Centre for Families in Business, a member of the editorial board of an academic family business journal and has worked extensively on training and education programmes for family businesses and their advisors.
