James has developed a specialist property practice which encompasses a wide range of areas. He has experience of representation in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, County Courts, the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, before the Adjudicator to the Land Registry and at arbitration. He is also scheduled to appear in the Supreme Court in December 2012 in the case of Dajean Properties v Benson and othrs. James is experienced in representing clients at mediation and other forms of ADR.
