Marc is a nominated judge of the Court of Protection. He sits both at the courts main registry at First Avenue House and at Barnet Civil and Family Courts Centre. He is the author of The Family Lawyer and the Court of Protection (Family Law), co-author of Court of Protection Practice, contributor to Mental Capacity: Law and Practice and editor of the Elder Law Journal and the Court of Protection Law Reports. Marc also lectures widely and is a member of the Ad Hoc Rules Committee of the Court of Protection.
