Clare Wiseman

Clare leads the Family Law Team at Irwin Mitchell's Birmingham office. She specialises in all aspects of family law and separation, including international cases, finances matters and cases concerning children.

She has particular expertise in helping clients and their families, both in the UK and abroad, who are in the police or work within the sporting world. 

She is also a qualified collaborative lawyer and an experienced advocate.
