Claire Lord is head of our Corporate Governance and Compliance Team which provides a comprehensive company law and company secretarial compliance service to our corporate clients. The team is responsible for the records maintenance and public filing of several hundred Irish companies. Claire is also a partner on our Corporate Team, with a background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and corporate re-organisations.
