Alice has been a member of Bates Wells Braithwaite's Charity and Social Enterprise team since 2000, and was a partner with the firm before moving to a role combining client work with more general professional support. She has particular experience of constitutional issues, charity secretarial practice and charity legacies. She edits BWB's regular charity and social enterprise newsletter, and has contributed to a number of charity law publications. She is a regular speaker on charity and social enterprise issues. Alice works from BWB's London offices and from Yorkshire.
