FRI 09/10/2009 - This Order brings into force on 30th September 2009 the provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 listed in article 2 to the extent that they are not already in force.

SI 2009/2501 brings into force related provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 on 30th September 2009.
