Counsel needed to understand that once a judge had sent out a draft judgment in an abduction case, there was only a brief period in which to draft the consequential order, in view of the pressing time limits in abduction cases. In the instant case there had been a delay of one month in producing the sealed order, following receipt of the draft judgment, which was quite unacceptable.
