The Court of Appeal dismissed the mother’s appeal from a decision refusing her contact with the child who had been placed with prospective adopters, refusing her application under Art 15 of BIIR and refusing her application under s 47(5) of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 for permission to oppose the adoption order application.
